Our client, a global group of companies, offering trading services, regulated in the United Kingdom by the FCA, in Cyprus by CySEC and in the Seychelles by the FSA, is currently seeking a CRM administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of experience in administering Sugar/HubSpot or similar and a proactive attitude towards enhancing and improving the system.
- To configure, develop and support a complex and large CRM system.
- Providing application users with support, answering queries
- The continued enhancement of the current configuration and architectural design of the system.
- To be pro-active in suggesting improvements to the configuration of the system, or new tools or ways of working.
- To work within schedules and deadlines to agreed business priorities.
- Work closely with the stakeholders to recommend and agree technological solutions to meet business reqs.
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral, is Necessary;
- Professionalism and work ethic, Self-motivation and a Desire to succeed;
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position or related field is a Must;
